Der dritte Strafsenat in Karlsruhe verkündete im Fall Lina E. heute die Änderung des Schuldspruchs im Detail, was jedoch keine Auswirkungen auf die Gesamtfreiheitsstrafe hat. Der BGH verwarf die Revision der Bundesanwaltschaft gegen das Urteil des Oberlandesgerichts Dresden vollumfänglich. Damit bestätigte der Bundesgerichtshof die Gesamtfreiheitsstrafe von 5 Jahren und 3 Monaten. Das Urteil ist damit rechtskräftig.

Am 18.03. wurde bundesweit an die politischen Gefangenen erinnert. Es gab laute und kämpferische Demonstrationen. Jetzt geht es wieder darum sich zu informieren und weiter aktiv zu werden. In Freiburg finndet heute, am Mittwoch, 19.03. eine Inforveranstaltung von BASC zum "Buapest-Verfahrenskomplex" statt.

Wir haben am 17.03. die Koordinationsstelle der Bezahlkarte in Hessen mit Brandsätzen angegriffen. Dabei haben mehrere Transporter, sowie das Gebäude in der Lilienthalstraße (Gießen) Schaden genommen.

The movie “The Silent Death” was released on 2001 just after the introduction of F-Type isolation prisons in Turkey, in the midst of propaganga by bourgeoisie media that, isolation cells are actually good for inmates because they are “hygienic” and prisoners can “enjoy their time alone”. Director describes the movie as; “Through the different interviews made with political detainees and  former prisoners in Germany, Italy, Spain, North Ireland and the USA and  with their families, we will try to show that the European prison  system and the isolation cell system all around the world, is not the  ideal system as propagated by the Turkish authorities”.
