Internationale Solidarität mit dem Djab Wurrung Widerstand im so genannten 'australien'

Die Djab Wurrung im so genannten "victoria", "australien" bitten all unsere über den Globus verteilte Gefährt*innen, in Solidarität mit dem kontinuierlichen Widerstand der First Nation Völlker gegenüber dem kolonialen white Supremacy Projekt "australien", Aktionen zu planen, australische Botschaften zu besetzen und Demonstrationen bei Konsulaten und Botschaften abzuhalten. Im besonderen auch als Rache für die letzten Akte kulturellen Genozids  durch den Staat "victoria".

Seit über zwei Jahren halten die Djab Wurrung ein Camp im Widerstand gegen die Erweiterung einer Hauptarterie des Autobahnnetzes zwischen zwei großen Städten. Diese Autobahnerweiterung würde mitten durch Djab Wurrung Land schneiden und 700Jahre alte,von den Djab Wurrung verehrte, Bäume mit sich reissen. Bäume die auf den Placentas aller Vorfahren gewachsen sind. Die Autobahnstrecke würde dadurch 2 Minuten kürzer.

Am Montag den 26ten Oktober haben MRPV (Major Roads Projects Victoria* ) und die Polizei von "victoria" eine Operation gestartet um alle Djab Wurrung Camps zu räumen. Bis zum Mittag hatten sie einen verehrten Markierungsbaum bekannt als "Directions Tree" (zu dt. Richtungs Baum) abgeholzt.

Am nächsten Morgen wurde der Baum am oberen Camp vorbeigefahren wo Menschen zusammengekommen waren um gegen die bevorstehende Räumung zu halten. Nachdem der Western Highway mit Straßensperren und 100 Cops aus der PORT [Riotcops] und anderen Abteilungen und zusätzlichen Corsec[Private Sicherheitsfirma] Secus lahmgelegt wurde, wurden auch wir aus unserer letzten Stellung geräumt.

Wir sehen parallelen zur Räumung der Wet'suwet'en Camps zur Blockade der Keystone Pipeline durch die RCMP im so genannten "canada". Auf diese Räumung hin gab es einen Aufruf zu #ShutDownCanada (CanadaAusschalten). Wir wollen uns auf diese Bewegung berufen und haben das Gefühl es ist Zeit für   #ShutDownAustralia (AustralienAbschalten) , und dazu aufzurufen "australien" zu verbieten #AbolishAustralia.

Zur Zeit liegt eine Verfügung des obersten Gerichtshofs vor, welche die Bauarbeiten noch bis zum 19. November stoppt. Bis zu diesem Tag rufen wir unsere Gefährt*innen und Kompliz*innen global dazu auf die #DjabWurrungEmbassy zu unterstützen und uns bei der Kampagne #ShutDownAustralia und #AbolishAustralia zu helfen.
Wir wollen das eins klar ist: Wenn der Staat versucht unser kulturelles Vermächtnis zu zerstören wird das nicht ohne einen Kampf von statten gehen!

International Call for Actions in Solidarity with Djab Wurrung Resistance in so-called ‘australia’.

The Djab Wurrung people of so-called ‘victoria’, ‘australia’, are calling on our comrades across the world to stage actions, occupations and demonstrations at ‘australian’ embassies and consulates, in solidarity with First Nations people’s continued resistance of the white supremacist colonial project known as ‘australia’, and more specifically in retaliation for the recent acts of cultural genocide committed by the state of ‘victoria’.

For over two years, Djab Wurrung people have maintained a camp resisting the extension of a main arterial highway between two capital cities. The highway extension will slice through the heart of Djab Wurrung country and will take with it 700 year old trees sacred to the Djab Wurrung people. Trees grown from the placentas of their ancestors. The highway will save drivers 2 minutes.

On Monday 26th of October, MRPV (Major Roads Projects Victoria) and Victoria Police staged an operation to evict all camps of the Djab Wurrung Embassy. By the middle of the day they had cut down the sacred marker tree known as the Directions Tree.

The next morning they drove the tree past top camp where people had gathered to resist the impending eviction. After shutting down the Western Highway with roadblocks and 100 cops from PORT and other departments, supplemented by Corsec security, they proceeded to evict us from the last hold we had.

We can see parallels between our situation and the situation of the RCMP in so-called ‘canada’, clearing the Wet’suwet’en camps blocking the keystone pipeline. Following this, a call out was made to #ShutDownCanada. Borrowing from this movement we feel it is time for us to #ShutDownAustralia, as well as calling for community to #AbolishAustralia.

There is currently a supreme court injunction in place stopping work at the site until the 19th of November. Leading up to this date, we call on our global comrades and accomplices to support the #DjabWurrungEmbassy. And help us to #ShutDownAustralia and #AbolishAustralia. We want to make it clear that when the state attempts to destroy our cultural heritage, it won’t be without a fight!

Appel international à actions de solidarité avec la résistance Djab Wurrung en soi-disant "australie"

Les Djab Wurrung de la soi-disant "victoria", "australie", appellent nos camarades partout dans le monde à faire des actions, occuper et manifester devant des ambassades et des consulats "australiens", en solidarité avec la résistance continuelle des Peuples des Premières Nations contre le projet colonial suprémaciste blanc qu'on appelle "australie". Et particulièrement pour se venger des derniers actes de génocide culturel perpétré par l'état de "victoria".

Depuis plus de deux ans, les Djab Wurrung ont tenu un camp pour résister à l'extension de l'artère principale d'une autoroute entre deux grandes villes. Cette extension de l'autoroute va trancher le coeur du territoire Djab Wurrung et fera disparaître des arbres vieux de 700 ans, sacrés pour les Djab Wurrung. Des arbres qui mêlent leurs racines aux placentas de leurs ancêtres. Cette autoroute économisera 2 minutes de leur temps aux automobilistes.

Le lundi 26 octobre la MRPV (Major Roads Projects Victoria) et la police de "victoria" ont monté une opération pour expulser tous les camps de l'Ambassade Djab Wurrung. Au milieu de la journée ils avaient déjà coupé l'arbre repère sacré aussi connu sous le nom d'arbre des Directions.

Le matin suivant ils ont emporté l'arbre hors du terrain en passant par le camp d'entrée où les gens s'étaient rassemblés pour résister à son expulsion imminente. Après avoir fermé la Western Highway au moyen de barricades et de 100 flics de PORT (ndt : flics anti-émeutes de "victoria") et d'autres services accompagnés d'agents de sécurité de CORSEC (ndt : compagnie de sécurité privée). Nous pouvons voir un parallèle entre notre situation et celle du RCPM dans le soi-disant "canada", qui expulse les camps Wet'Suwet'En qui bloquaient la construction d'une pipeline Keystone.

Suite à cela, un appel à #ShutDownCanada (ndt : bloquons le "canada") a été lancé. Inspiré.e.s par ce mouvement, nous estimons qu'il est temps pour nous de #ShutDownAustralia (ndt : bloquons l'"australie") en appelant aussi la communauté à #AbolishAustralia (ndt : Abolissons l'Australie).

Une injonction de la Cour Suprême met les travaux à l'arrêt jusqu'au 19 Novembre 2020. Jusqu'à cette date, nous appelons nos camarades et complices à soutenir la #DjabWurrungEmbassy, et nous aider à #ShutDownAustralia et #AbolishAustralia. Qu'on soit bien clair.es, toute tentative de destruction de notre héritage culturel par l'Etat ne se fera pas sans qu'on ne se batte.
