"Spanische Demokratie" - Freiheit für die Suiza Seis!
2017 kämpfte die Belegschaft einer Konditorei namens Suiza im spanischen Xichon gegen Lohnvorenthaltungen und sexuelle Belästigung am Arbeitsplatz. Organisiert in der anarchosyndikalistischen Gewerkschaft CNT führten sie dabei u.a. auch öffentliche Proteste durch. Im Zuge des Konfliktes ging die Konditorei pleite. Der Inhaber bezahlte jedoch nicht etwa die ausstehenden Löhne, sondern strengte eine Klage auf Schadensersatz gegen die Arbeiter*innen und die Gewerkschaft an. Ihm wurde Recht gegeben, obwohl die im Arbeitskonflikt ergriffenen Mittel nach spanischer Rechtslage völlig legal waren. Die Geldforderungen gegen die Arbeiter*innen und die CNT belaufen sich inzwischen auf mehrere Hunderttausend Euro. Gegen sechs Arbeiter*innen wurden 3,5 Jahre Haft ausgesprochen. Dieses Urteil wurde bis in die Höchste Instanz bestätigt.
Alle Gewerkschaften in Spanien solidarisieren sich mit den "Suiza Seis" (den sechs von der Suiza"), fordern ihre Freiheit und unterstützen die CNT in diesem Konflikt. Sollte dieses Urteil zur neuen Präzidens im spanischen Arbeitsrecht werden, ist gewerkschaftlicher Widerstand gegen Lohnraub und sexuelle Belästigung in Zukunft mit legalen Mitteln nicht mehr möglich.
Es zeigt sich immer mehr, dass "die Gesetze nur denen dienen, die den Staat erschaffen haben", so ein Satz aus einem Redebeitrag der anarchosyndikalistischen Basisgewerkschaft FAU, die einem internationalen Aufruf folgend am vergangenen Samstag, den 28. September vor dem spanischen Kulturinstitut Cervantes in Berlin eine Solidaritskundgebung für die Suiza Seis durchführte. Wir waren mit dem Mikrofon dabei.
