“Those who march with authoritarians will never arrive in a liberated society!”

Gruppen wie „Flora für Alle“ und „Thawra“ betreiben kontinuierliche Kampagnen gegen die Flora. Dazu gehörten Inszenierungen wie die „Balkonbesetzung“ (Mai 2024), Demonstrationen vor dem Haus, gezielte Falschbehauptungen, mediale und zuletzt auch tätliche Angriffe. Wenn autoritäre Strukturen ihre Energie auf derartige Angriffe verwenden und uns zur Projektionsfläche für eine „antideutsche“ Fantasiefigur machen wollen, wird letztlich ein ideologisches Spiel mit klarer Agenda betrieben.

Als „friedensbewegter“ Aktivismus gerechtfertigt, wird mit Einschüchterung, Übergriffen und Gewaltdrohungen gearbeitet. Es wird versucht Veranstaltungen zu infiltrieren, Menschen ungefragt abzufilmen, wir werden mit Aussagen wie „euch die Arme brechen“ an der Tür bedroht. Dieses anti-emanzipatorische Verhalten ist unvereinbar mit unserem politischen Selbstverständnis und fordert uns zur Verteidigung auf.

Die Behauptungen der Autoritären, „die“ Rote Flora habe irgendeinen Einfluss auf „den“ Nahostkonflikt, erscheinen zunächst als lächerliche Rhetorik, sind aber Teil einer bewussten Strategie. Die Strategie, uns und andere autonome antiautoritäre Linke als „Antideutsche“ zu labeln, zielt darauf, unsere klare Haltung gegen Judenmord und Antisemitismus zu diskreditieren.

Dieses Schauspiel funktioniert gut für Instagram und Social Media – dort, wo einfache Bilder zwingend sind. Dieses Prinzip entwertet aber jede solidarische Praxis mit den Menschen in Gaza, in der Westbank, in Israel. Und sie trifft letztlich jede Form unabhängiger linker Politik und Subkultur.

Was bleibt, ist die Propaganda autoritärer, nationalistischer, gewaltverherrlichender Gruppen, die Opfer und Grausamkeiten für ihren eigenen Kampf um Macht, Deutungshoheit und Einfluss instrumentalisieren.

Wir werden nicht zulassen, dass derartige Gruppen unter irgendeinem Anschein von Frieden und Befreiung versuchen, unsere selbstverwalteten Räume zu unterwandern und unsere Besucher*innen einzuschüchtern. Wir werden unsere Positionen auch an der Tür verteidigen.

Seit 36 Jahren sind wir hier. Selbstorganisiert. Autonom. Solidarisch. Antifaschistisch. Hausbesetzer*innen. Hinter uns liegen sechs Bürgermeister, Häuserkämpfe, Hundertschaften, Schill, Kretschmer und G20. Wer in Zeiten des autoritären Rollbacks und rechter Formierung bereit ist, den Fortbestand dieses Projekts für die eigene Agenda zu riskieren, der*die soll sich erklären. Wir sind keine Bühne für ihre Selbstinszenierung, keine leere Fläche für ihre Projektionen.
Wer uns angreift, soll nicht auf Höflichkeiten hoffen.

Die israelische Regierung setzt auf extrem rechte, nationalistische Militarisierung. Sie behauptet so die Bevölkerung zu schützen – aber wir sehen: das Töten und die Kriegsverbrechen in Gaza gehen weiter und die Geiseln sind bis heute nicht befreit. Ungeachtet dessen bleibt für uns klar: Die Hamas ist keine Befreiungsbewegung. Sie ist eine religiös-faschistische Organisation. Sie setzt auf autoritäre Kontrolle, nicht auf Emanzipation. Sie braucht den Krieg zur Legitimation ihrer Gewalt. Wer sich mit ihr solidarisiert, macht sich blind für ihren Inhalt. Wer ihre Symbole trägt, normalisiert ihre Politik.
Wir sind solidarisch mit den Menschen – in Israel wie in Gaza und der Westbank. Wir stehen mit denen, die sich gegen den Krieg und für ein gutes Leben für alle einsetzen. Unsere Solidarität gilt nicht Regimen, Milizen oder Regierungen, sondern denen, die versuchen, gegen die Gewaltverhältnisse zu bestehen.

Für das Leben – gegen euren Tod. Jin Jiyan Azadi. Gegen eure Märtyrer-Romantik.

Kein Staat befreit. Keine Miliz emanzipiert.

Solidarität heißt nicht: Seite wählen.
Solidarität heißt: sich der Vereinnahmung entziehen.
Keine Fahne.Kein Mythos. Keine Held*innen.

Es bleibt dabei:
Die Geiseln zurück nach Israel.
Sofortiger Waffenstillstand.
Die Rückgabe politischer Sprache an die, die nicht marschieren wollen.
Der Notstand darf kein Dauerzustand sein – für niemanden.

Keine Befreiung durch Befehl.
Keine Emanzipation durch Gehorsam.
Keine Zukunft unter Fahnen.

Plenum der Roten Flora am 28.05.2025

ENGLISH VERSION

On Saturday, May 17, 2025, a Nakba demo – largely supported by antisemitic, ultra-nationalist and authoritarian groups – attempted to do an extra lap on the Schulterblatt to the Rote Flora. Since October 2023, the Flora, like many other left-wing centers, projects and individuals, has been specifically marked as the enemy.

Groups such as “Flora für Alle” and “Thawra” have been running continuous campaigns against the Flora. This has included stagings such as the “balcony occupation” (May 2024), demonstrations in front of the building, targeted false allegations, media attacks and, most recently, physical attacks. When authoritarian structures use their energy for such attacks and want to turn us into a projection screen for an “anti-German” fantasy figure they are ultimately playing an ideological game with a clear agenda.

Justified as “peace movement” activism, intimidation, assaults and threats of violence are used. Attempts are made to infiltrate events, people are filmed without consent, we are threatened at the door with statements such as “will break your arms”. This anti-emancipatory behavior is incompatible with our political self-conception and calls on us to defend ourselves.

The claims of the authoritarians that “the” Rote Flora has any influence on “the” Middle East conflict initially appear to be ridiculous rhetoric, but they are part of a deliberate strategy. The strategy of labeling us and other autonomous anti-authoritarian leftists as “anti-Germans” is aimed at discrediting our clear stance against the murder of Jews and against antisemitism.

This play works well for Instagram and social media – where simple images are required. But this principle devalues any practice of solidarity with the people in Gaza, in the West Bank, in Israel. And it ultimately affects every form of independent left-wing politics and subculture.

What remains is the propaganda of authoritarian, nationalist, violence-glorifying groups that instrumentalize victims and atrocities for their own struggle for power, sovereignty over interpretation and influence.

We will not allow such groups to try to infiltrate our self-organized spaces and intimidate our visitors under any semblance of peace and liberation. We are ready to also defend our positions at the door.

We have been here for 36 years. Self-organized. Autonomous. Solidary. Anti-fascist. Squatters. Behind us lie six mayors, housing struggles, Riot squads, Schill, Kretschmer and G20. Anyone who is prepared to risk the continued existence of this project for their own agenda in times of authoritarian rollback and right-wing formation should explain themselves. We are not a stage for their self-dramatization, not a blank screen for their projections. Those who attack us should not hope for politeness.

The Israeli government is relying on extreme right-wing, nationalist militarization. It claims to be protecting the population in this way – but we see: the killing and the atrocities in Gaza continue and the hostages have still not been freed. Regardless of this, it remains clear to us: Hamas is not a liberation movement. It is a religious-fascist organization. It relies on authoritarian control, not emancipation. It needs war to legitimize its violence. Those who show solidarity with it are blind to its content. Those who wear its symbols are normalizing its policies.

We stand in solidarity with the people – in Israel as well as in Gaza and the West Bank. We stand with those who fight against war and for a good life for all. Our solidarity is not with regimes, militias or governments, but with those who are trying to stand up to the system of violence.

For life – against your death.

No state liberates. No militia emancipates.

Solidarity does not mean: choosing sides.
Solidarity means: resisting appropriation.
No flags. No myths. No heroes.

It stays that way:
The hostages back to Israel.
Immediate ceasefire.
The return of political language to those who do not want to march.
The state of emergency must not become permanent – for anyone.

No liberation by command.
No emancipation through obedience.
No future under flags.
