Der Preis wird heißer: Intervention bei Rossmann im Hauptbahnhof gegen schießwütige Bullen und für kostenlose Warenmitnahme!

Tausende bunte Miniflyer ergossen sich von der obersten Ebene, den S-Bahnsteigen. Die Miniflyer mit den Slogans „Alles für alle und zwar umsonst! Solidarität mit der Person, die bei Rossmann angeschossen wurde! Kapitalismus ist die Gewalt!“ breiteten sich bis zur untersten Ebene des Hauptbahnhofs aus.

Zuvor gab es eine Flyer-Verteilaktion vor dem Tatort „Filiale Rossmann“, um Kund_innen über den Vorfall zu informieren.

Es reicht wohl nicht, dass immer mehr Menschen wegen Dingen wie angebliche „Kostenlose Wahrenmitnahme“ in Ladenketten oder „Umsonst Fahren“ mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln von der Klassenjustiz in den Knast gebracht werden. Mit den Schüssen sind klare Zeichen gesetzt  worden: ihr dürft euch nicht wehren, denn die Polizei hat die Waffen und in diesem Konsumtempel – genannt Hauptbahnhof – hat die Ordnung oberste Priorität, egal was es kostet. Dieser mittlerweile große Verkehrsknotenpunkt ist als totalüberwachter Raum mit massiver Videoüberwachung und Polizeipräsenz konzipiert, die einen Ladendiebstahl sanktionieren kann, einer uniformierten Mördertruppe jedoch alle Freiräume lässt.

Die Reichen werden immer reicher, die Armen immer ärmer und die „Hüter*innen von Recht und Ordnung“ immer brutaler. Die Krise und Inflation heißt auch steigender Autoritarismus und Repression. Die Profite und die Ordnung, die diese stützt, dürfen ja nicht gestört werden.

Doch Ladendiebstähle werden zwangsläufig zunehmen, denn viele können sich das Leben anders nicht leisten.

Rossmann selbst – wie andere Drogerie- und Lebensmittelkonzerne – profitiert von der Krise. Nach eigenen Angaben hat Rossmann 2022 einen Rekordumsatz von 12,15 Milliarden Euro mit einem Umsatzwachstum von 9,5 % gehabt. Es sind nicht die Brotkrümel, die die Regierung an ihre Bürger*innen, und Rossmann oder andere an ihre Mitarbeiter*innen als Inflationsausgleich zahlen, die unsere Lebensumstände grundsätzlich ändern werden.

Zusätzlich folgt der blutige Vorfall im Hauptbahnhof einem bekannten Muster, bei dem eine Überzahl von schwer bewaffneten Polizist*innen bereits isolierte Individuen in psychischen Ausnahmesituationen erschießt. Jede dieser Situationen führt zu einer psychischen Ausnahmesituation.

Getreu ihrer „Broken Windows“ Theorie werden die Herrschenden nervöser, und lassen wohl jetzt schon schießen, wenn mal ein Duschgel stibitzt wird. Damit nicht womöglich schon in nächster Zukunft die ganze Badeabteilung geplündert wird.

Wir sind wütend und wollen die Manipulation und Information von Medien, Polizei und Konzernen zerstören. Eine Intervention im öffentlichen Raum kann dazu nur ein erster Schritt sein.

Wir sind solidarisch mit allen, die sich nehmen was sie brauchen und mit allen, die von Polizeigewalt betroffen sind.

The price gets hotter: Intervention at Rossmann inside central station against the shots fired by cops

On the 30th of March we performed an intervention at the central station Berliner Hauptbahnhof. The reason is the recent reports about the shooting by a federal police cop against a 15 year old person in custody on the 18th of february. The affected person was taken to the hospital with serious injuries. According to police reports, the incident took place in a side-room of the drugstore Rossmann. The person was brought there because of being suspected of "stealing" something.

Thousands of colorful mini-flyers were dropped from the top floor of the S-bahn platform. The flyers included slogans: “Everything for everyone and for free! Solidarity with the person who was shot at Rossmann! Capitalism is violence!” and they got spread to the lowest levels of the station.

Before that, there was a flyer distribution about the incident in front of the Rossmann-crime scene to inform individuals who went in and out of the shop.

It’s apparently not enough that more and more people are put in prison by class justice for things such as shoplifting or fare-dodging (eg. driving without ticket). With these shots a clear message has been sent, you may not defend yourself because the police have the weapons and in this temple of consumption called Hauptbahnhof, order has the highest priority; no matter the cost. This meanwhile largest transport hub designed as a totally surveilled space with massive video surveillance and police presence that is able to sanction a shoplifter but gives free rein to death squads in uniforms.

The rich get richer and richer, the poor get poorer and poorer, and the “guardians of law and order” ever more brutal. The crisis and inflation also means increasing authoritarianism, control and repression. Profits and the order that supports them must not be disturbed.

But shoplifting is bound to increase because many cannot afford to live in any other way.

Rossmann itself – like other drugstore and food corporations – is profiting from the crisis, while it is becoming increasingly difficult for many of us to buy their goods. According to its own figures, Rossmann had a record turnover of 12.15 billion euros in 2022, with sales growth of 9.5%. It is not the breadcrumbs that the government pays to its citizens, and Rossmann or others pay to their employees to compensate for inflation that will fundamentally change our circumstances.

Additionally the bloody incident at Hauptbahnhof follows a well known pattern, in which a large number of heavily armed police officers shoot already isolated individuals in psychological crisis. Each of these situations leads to a psychological crisis.

True to their “Broken Windows” theory those in power are becoming more nervous and let shoot now when a shower gel is stolen. So that the entire bathroom department will not possibly be looted in the near future.

We are angry and want to destroy the manipulation and information of the media, police and corporations. An intervention in the public sphere can only be a first step towards that aim.

We are in solidarity with everyone who takes what they need and everyone affected by police violence!
