Zeug*innen Vernehmungen im Auftrag der Generalstaatsanwaltschaft in München

Am letzten Mittwoch und Donnerstag (02.04.25, 03.04.25) kam es zu sieben Zeug*innen Vorladungen wegen laufenden Ermittlungsverfahren zu „Billigung/Belohnung von Straftaten“ und zur „Brandstiftungsserie“ in München. Die Zeug*innen verweigerten kollektiv die Aussage und ließen sich nicht auf das durchschaubare „Spiel“ der K43-Staatsschutz Bullen ein. Eine weitere Befragung fand bereits drei Wochen vor dem Termin statt. Hier wurde die Aussage nach §52 verweigert – wegen Verlobung. Das akzeptierte die Staatsanwaltschaft wohl nur bedingt und so darf die Zeugin nun in den Genuss kommen, die Generalstaatsanwältin bei einem weiteren Termin persönlich kennenzulernen.

Nach den Hausdurchsuchungen im letzten Monat (https://de.indymedia.org/node/497199), die primär das Ziel hatten Bewohner*innen in ihrer Umgebung zu diffamieren und zu bedrohen (u.a. mit gezogenen Maschinenpistolen) war dies eine erste gemeinsame Antwort auf das willkürliche Agieren der Staatsgewalt. Allen Zeug*innen wurde der gesamte Fragenkatalog zu beiden Vorwürfen gestellt. Wir gehen davon aus, dass bewusst Fragen gestellt wurden um Zeug*innen und Beschuldigte gegeneinander auszuspielen.

Elternsprechtag im K43: Nun versuchen die Bullen mit einem weiteren erbärmlichen Schritt den Druck zu erhöhen: In der kommenden Woche werden nun Eltern einer Zeug*in zu beiden Ermittlungsverfahren befragt.

Die angekündigten Bußgeldzahlungen und die anstehenden Prozesse (Aussageverweigerung als Zeug*innen, Strafverfahren wegen der Publikation anarchistischer Zeitungen, ...) werden einiges an Geld kosten. Von daher werden die Betroffenen auf solidarische Strukturen angewiesen sein, die sie finanziell unterstützen.

Der Zustand der Welt schreit nach Antworten. In die Herzen ein Feuer.
