<div class='rss_texte'><p>Das Hugohaus wurde jetzt schon vor zwei Jahren vom Leerstand befreit. Vorher stand das alte Hostel leer und wurde dem Zerfall überlassen. Jetzt wollen Spekulanten aus Wien das Haus abreißen um mit Luxuswohnungen ihre Geldbeutel noch voller zu machen.<br class='autobr' />
Wir erkennen hier einen klassischen Fall von „Profit over people“. <br class='autobr' />
Und das nehmen wir nicht hin!<br class='autobr' />
In der Nacht vom 1. auf den 2. September wurde der Geschäftstelle der GSI 2 Entwicklung GmbH ein Besuch ausgestattet. Dabei wurde ihr Türschloss verklebt und die Nachbar*innenschaft freundlich auf ihre Verbrechen hingewiesen.<br class='autobr' />
Quellen zufolge freut sich die GSI 2 Entwicklung in der Krugerstraße 5/Top 16 1010 Wien immer über Besuche aller Art.<br class='autobr' />
Auch die Geschäftsführer William Christian Guttmann und Ronald Schultes laden euch herzlich zu ihren Privatadressen ein (gern teilen wenn ihr sie habt^^).<br class='autobr' />
Wir sind uns sicher, dass unsere Genossis in Berlin das Hugohaus nicht hergeben werden. <br class='autobr' />
