 ----ENGLISH----

+++ Imminent eviction of the occupation in the Hambacher Forst +++ Together we organize our solidarity for the Hambi +++ Berliner Asamblea for climate justice on the day of the eviction +++

We are already organized and ready for action - on day X, the first day of eviction in the Hambach Forest, we will come together here in Berlin for a spontaneous rally & for a public action plenary.

When? At 18:30
Where? On the square in front of the Federal Ministry of Economics, Invalidenstraße 48

The energy company and tumbling coal dinosaur RWE strikes for another blow: Even before the start of the official clearing season in October and while the commission on the coal exit still negotiates in Berlin, RWE wants to create facts. In the next few weeks RWE and the police could try to clear the trees in Hambacher Forst. It may be on Monday the 27.08., maybe later.

That's a scandal! Because it not only means the destruction of a valuable forest for the expansion of a lignite open pit, but it is also a heavy blow to the climate and an attack on all people who stand up for climate justice in the forest, in the Rhineland and beyond.

We will not let that happen! That's why we call for a rally on day X, here in Berlin. As soon as we get news about the beginning of the eviction, we gather at 18:30 at the well at the Federal Ministry of Economics - where usually the coal commission meets.

With our bodies, banners and all that we have, we will express our resistance and make it clear: We are here! Afterwards, together we would like to think about our protest in a public asamblea (assembly). We have heard the calls to come to the Hambi and want to be active together.

The Unterholz action, initiated by people from the Rhineland, is ready on Day X to use civil disobedience to fight for the Hambi. We here in Berlin are ready, we want to protect the forest and fight for climate justice.

At the same time, we want to continue putting political pressure in Berlin. And we want to continue to prepare for the mass action "Ende Gelände!", which will take place in October around the Hambach Forest. For us it is clear: ENDE GELÄNDE, HAMBI BLEIBT, ONE STRUGGLE, ONE FIGHT.

In solidarity with all activists in Hambi, Germany and worldwide!
