wir vom THE VOICE Refugee Forum und der KARAWANE für die Rechte der Flüchtlinge und MigrantInnen organisieren in diesem Sommer ein Sommercamp.
Wir laden euch ein, mit uns gemeinsam zehn Tage lang nach vorn zu schauen und zu diskutieren, wie unsere Selbstorganisierung weiter gestärkt und entfaltet werden kann. Wir wollen die bisher in praktischen Kämpfen gelebte Solidarität untereinander verfestigen und uns rüsten für zukünftige Kämpfe. Wir wissen aus unserer langjährigen Erfahrung der organisierten Kämpfe gegen das deutsche Abschiebesystem und all seinen Formen, dass Selbstbestimmung und Selbstermächtigung von uns Flüchtlingen - den unmittelbar vom kapitalistischen System bedrohten Menschen - Kern einer Bewegung zur Überwindung von Ausbeutung und Unterdrückung sind. Wir wissen, dass wir nur mit einem scharfen und klaren Fokus und einer wachsenden Basis diesem Ziel näherkommen können. Seit der Konferenz gegen koloniales Unrecht 2009 arbeiten wir permanent am Aufbau lokaler Flüchtlingskomitees und Gemeinschaften in den Lagern und in unterschiedlichen Städten. Auf unserem weiteren Wege wollen wir die Solidarität zueinander und die Beziehungen zwischen den bereits bestehenden und neu entstehenden lokalen Gruppen ausbauen und stärken.
Auf dem Flüchtlingscamp wollen wir unsere bisherige Arbeit reflektieren, das politische Umfeld analysieren und uns politisch bilden. Wir wollen die Erfahrungen aus vergangenen erfolgreichen Kämpfen an die neuen Aktivistinnen und Aktivisten weitergeben sowie unsere Schwächen beleuchten. Es ist an der Zeit, zwischen all den tagtäglichen Kämpfen zuanalysieren, wo wir stehen und wie der weitere gemeinsame Weg aussehen kann.
Wir sehen aktuell, dass trotz aller Kämpfe und Widerstände gegen Abschiebungen, Residenzpflicht und Polizeibrutalität die Angriffe des deutschen Staates auf Flüchtlinge und MigrantInnen – insbesondere unter der Einwirkung der Systemkrise – massiv verstärkt werden. Rassismus als Spaltungs- und Herrschaftsinstrument wird intensiv genutzt, damit dieVerursacher von Hunger und Not, von Familientrennung und Isolation weiterhin den Reichtum an sich reißen können.
Heute sind wir Zeugen, wie trotz aller sozialen und politischen Aufstände und Massenrebellionen die Zerstörung unserer Länder, unserer Lebensräume und unserer Gesellschaften durch die westlichen Länder im Stil eines neuen Weltkriegs vorangetrieben werden. Wir müssen zusehen, dass trotz der entfalteten Kraft der Proteste die Entscheidungen über die Macht in unseren Ländern weiterhin in Runden außerhalb unserer Kontinente getroffen werden. Dies ist keine neue Erfahrung, doch die Offenheit, mit der siezutage tritt, ist eine weitere Ohrfeige und Erniedrigung - und offenbart unsere eigene Schwäche. Durch den zielgerichteten Export von Kriegsmaterial, wirtschaftliche Sanktionen und politisch-militärische Interventionen sollen jede Transformation der Ausbeutungsverhältnisse verhindert und jedes Bestreben nach tatsächlicher Unabhängigkeit erstickt werden. Das Militärbündnis NATO hat die Welt in einen permanenten Kriegszustand versetzt und bedroht weiterhin unsere Familien in den Ländern, die wir verlassen mussten.
Der Protest gegen die Verursacher des Elends auf unseren Kontinenten nimmt stetig zu. Aber auch die jungen Menschen hier in Mitteleuropa fangen an, die Lügen ihrer Verschleierungspropaganda zu erkennen und setzen sich gegen Abschiebungen, Ausbeutung und Militarisierung ein. Trotz alldem und trotz unserer aller Kämpfe werden die europäischen Außengrenzen jeden Tag stärker militärisch abgeschottet und das Lagersystem innerhalb der EU ständig weiterentwickelt. Die Randstaaten Europas müssen für die Kernstaaten die Flüchtlinge abfangen und abwehren. Die Lager und die militärische Abschottung werden immer weiter ausgelagert. Immer mehr Länder werden zu Vasallen der Bekämpfung der erzwungenen Migration und erledigen für die europäischen Staaten die dreckige Arbeit auf dem afrikanischen und asiatischen Kontinent. Die Folgen sind verheerend und Zeugnis der kolonialen und genozidalen Ideologie der herrschenden Eliten.
Obwohl wir als Menschheit in der Lage sind, Nahrung für die gesamte Erdbevölkerung zu produzieren, verhungert alle fünf Sekunden ein Kind unter zehn Jahren. 37 000 Menschen verhungern jeden Tag. Eine Milliarde sind permanent schwerstens unterernährt. Alle 60 Sekunden stirbt ein Mensch durch Schusswaffen. 500 000 Menschen sterben jedes Jahr durchSchussverletzungen. Deutsche Konzerne belegen hingegen den dritten Rang der weltweiten Rüstungsexporte. Der Kapitalismus hat längst seine goldene Maske verloren. Die Zerstörung der Erde schreitet voran und tötet nicht nur die Menschen, sondern zerstört auch die Lebensgrundlage zukünftiger Generationen. Daher wird unser Protest als ein Teil des Kampfes gegen diese permanente Zerstörung immer bedeutender und ist zwingend notwendig.
Unser gerechter Widerstand erreicht immer mehr Menschen. Verglichen mit dem Ausmaß der Zerstörung und der Häufigkeit der Angriffe erscheint er aber geschwächt. Die politische Klarheit und die Analyse und Ausarbeitung der Herrschafts- und Machtstrukturen erfordert Zeit, kollektive Untersuchung und Erkenntnis. Wir sind selbst aber Kinder des Kolonialismusund des Kapitalismus. Zersplitterung und Konkurrenzverhalten innerhalb unserer eigenen Widerstandsbewegungen schwächen die gesamte Bewegung gegen das kapitalistische Diktat.
Wir sind geprägt von den Auswirkungen des „kolonialen Erbes“ - der kolonialen Mentalität. Wir hängen zusammen und sind miteinander verbunden durch die Kette, die im Kolonialismus zwischen den unterdrückenden und den unterdrückten Gesellschaften entstanden ist. Nicht nur unsere Bewegung wird geschwächt durch Infiltration und Manipulation durch vermeintlicheVerbündete, deren verstecktes Ziel die Durchsetzung einer eigenen Agenda ist, die teilweise nur die Sicherung des eigenen Lebens und des eigenen Status umfasst. Diese Einflüsse aber schwächen den Kern der Bewegung, der in der Selbstbestimmung und Selbstermächtigung der unmittelbar Betroffenen besteht.
Deshalb rufen wir - The VOICE Refugee Forum und die KARAWANE für die Rechte der Flüchtlinge und MigrantInnen - Euch dazu auf, zu dem zehntägigen Treffen nach Thüringen zu kommen. Bringt euch in den Entwicklungsprozess für den Aufbau selbstbestimmter undselbstorganisierter Flüchtlingsgemeinschaften und -komitees ein. Seid Teil der Solidaritätsplattform der Flüchtlinge im Rahmen des Netzwerks der KARAWANE. All diejenigen, deren Ziel es ist, sich mit dem Kampf der Flüchtlinge zu verbinden und eine wirksame Überwindung von Rassismus und kolonialer Mentalität anzustreben, rufen wir auf, zum Camp nach Thüringen zu kommen.
Das Camp soll der Stärkung und der Konzentration des Flüchtlingswiderstands dienen. Wir wollen alle Diskussionen und Analysen an diesem Ziel ausrichten. Uns geht es nicht darum, uns gegenseitig unterschiedliche Kampagnen und Aktionen der Zukunft zu präsentieren oderuns übereinander zu informieren. Wir wollen die Solidarität untereinander durch aktiven Austausch stärken und gemeinsam herausfinden, inwieweit unsere eigene Freiheit mit der anderer zusammenhängt. Wie mache ich deinen Kampf zu meinem und wie bringen wir uns gemeinsam ein?
Ein zentraler Punkt wird der Erfahrungsaustausch der Flüchtlingsgemeinschaften über die rassistische Politik und Praxis im deutschen Lager- und Abschiebesystem sowie unsere Praktiken der Gegenwehr und der Selbstorganisierung sein. Die konkreten Erfahrungen desWiderstands und der Solidarität durchbrechen den Kreis der Angst und der Ohnmacht. Hierzu gehört auch die Vermittlung von technischem und organisatorischem Wissen.
Wir wollen uns auf dem Camp Zeit nehmen, um in Reflexionen und Analysen über die gegenwärtige Situation – sowohl hier wie auch in unseren Herkunftsländern – die daraus resultierenden Anforderungen und Bedingungen für unseren Widerstand herauszuarbeiten und dabei unser politisches Bewusstsein zu stärken. Die Kampagne „Krieg gegen Migration – Krieg gegen Flucht“ wird ein Hauptschwerpunkt des Camps sein. Alle Flüchtlinge undMigrantInnen sind dazu eingeladen, ihre Erfahrungen zu diesem Thema vorzubereiten und einander mitzuteilen.
Das ganze Camp wird auf dem Prinzip der Solidarität aufbauen, denn wir haben gelernt, dass die Solidarität der Unterdrückten untereinander unsere schärfste Waffe und unseres Gegners größte Angst ist. Das KARAWANE Festival gegenkoloniales Unrecht in Jena 2010 wurde als Bastion der Solidaritätbezeichnet und von allen, die sich dort einfanden, auch so empfunden. Das Camp 2012 will das Prinzip der Solidarität auf die Ebene der alltäglichen und kontinuierlichen Praxis heben. Nach wie vor existiert das Netzwerk der KARAWANE in ursprünglicher Form und bietet Raum für aktive Teilnahme und den Aufbau lokaler Gruppen und Initiativen, die den Prozess der Selbstorganisierung und Selbstermächtigung von Flüchtlingen und MigrantInnen vorantreiben wollen.
Das Camp wird die Planungen und Konkretisierungen für das Tribunal gegen die Bundesrepublik Deutschland im Sommer 2013 in Berlin auf die Tagesordnung setzen und alle Flüchtlinge als Zeugen und Betroffene für die systematischen Menschenrechtsverletzungen einladen. Dazu gehört auch die Ermutigung von Flüchtlingsfrauen, deren Situation im deutschen Lagersystem oft am schwersten ist. Unsere gemeinsame Dokumentation wird in Zukunft ein unumstößlicher Beweis gegen alle Versuche der Leugnung der Verbrechen sein, die gegen uns verübt wurden und werden.
Das Camp wird der Raum unserer kulturellen Vielfältigkeit und Ausdrucksmöglichkeit sein. Wir laden euch alle dazu ein, eure Talente in Musik, Malerei, Lyrik, Tanz, Sport und Spiel mit in das Camp zu tragen.
Eine Kinderbetreuung vor Ort wird organisiert.
Wartet nicht auf irgendwen, der Euch eine Lösung verspricht. Er oder Sie wird nicht kommen. Wartet nicht, bis das eigene Problem so groß ist, dass es euer Handeln erzwingt - es wird dann zu spät sein. Glaubt nicht, ihr seid nicht betroffen, wenn ihr kein Flüchtling (mehr) seid. Wir alle sind verbunden mit der Kette des kolonialen Unrechts.

2.Aufruf für Unterstützung und Spenden
Wie Ihr wisst, wird The VOICE Refugee Forum gemeinsam mit der Karawane fürdie Rechte der Flüchtlinge und Migranten ein Sommercamp gegen Ausgrenzung veranstalten, das BREAK ISOLATION! * Refugee Summer Camp in Erfurt, Thüringen vom 23. August bis zum 2. September 2012, in Solidarität gegen koloniales Unrecht.
Dies ist ein politisches Arbeits-Camp, Treffen und Workshops werden stattfinden, in denen unterschiedliche Gemeinden von Migranten und Flüchtlingen zusammenkommen.
Wir rufen auf:
alle Selbstorganisationen und Organisationen für Flüchtlinge, alle Unterstützer und Freunde, Leute, die sich in antirassistischen Kampagnen engagieren Sich mit uns zusammen zu tun und Flüchtlinge und Migranten aus verschiedenen Regionen und Lagern zu für dieses Sommercamp zu mobilisieren unseren täglichen Kampf gegen Unrecht und Missachtung unserer Rechte, gegen Diskriminierung, gegen sozialen und institutionellen Rassismus fortzuführen und zu unterstützen.
Wir wollen unsere Solidarität und unseren Zusammenhalt gegen koloniales Unrecht verstärken – in Solidarität mit einer wachsenden internationalen Bewegung gegen Ausbeutung und Unterdrückung und gegen ein solches Monster wie FRONTEX. FRONTEX ist Bestandteil von paramilitärischen Instrumenten, um eine neo-koloniale Okkupation zu beschleunigen. Es geht um die Kontrolle der Heimatländer von Flüchtlingen und deren Grenzen durch Europa. Dabei bildet Deutschland die energisch vorangehende Speerspitze und brüstet sich der Ausgrenzung von Flüchtlingen und Isolationslagern, mit Diskriminierungsmethoden wie Gutscheinen, Residenzpflicht, Polizeibrutalität und Deportation als wegweisend und vorbildlich für andere europäische Länder, die gedrängt werden, dies ebenfalls so zu machen.
Das Sommercamp wird den Widerstand der Flüchtlinge im Angesicht von Einschüchterungen öffentlich sichtbar machen. Es wird den europäischen Krieg gegen Migration kritisch analysieren als die Fortsetzung kolonialen Erbes, einer Unkultur von Ausbeutung, Vandalismus und Brutalität in unseren Heimatländern.
Protestiert gegen den Rassismus von staatlichen Institutionen in Deutschland!
Die Kampagnen gegen Deportations-Kollaboration werden Teil der Manifestation und ein Beitrag für das Sommercamp sein. Wir werden die verschiedenen Formen der Abschiebungspraxis des deutschen Staates in Verbindung mit kollaborativen Institutionen, sowohl auf Bundesebene wie auch lokaler Behörden in Zusammenarbeit mit Nichtregierungsorganisation und Agenturen beleuchten. Darunter fällt auch die Kollaboration der Botschaften der Flüchtlinge und deren Heimatländer.
Die Macht von Protest und Widerstand - sie zeigt sich!
Als wir im Oktober 2011 unser Engagement für das Sommercamp im August 2012 in Thüringen starteten, da dachten wir, dass es das erste und einzigste Flüchtlingscamp in Deutschland dieses Jahr sein würde. Aber als die iranischen Flüchtlinge in Würzburg im März diesen Jahres ihr Protest-Zelt starteten und der Hungerstreik der Flüchtlinge übergriff auf andere Städte und Ortschaften und bis heute weitergeht, da hatten wir zu begreifen, dassviele Camps unterwegs waren zum Flüchtlings-Sommercamp in Erfurt“ hob Osaren Igbinoba hervor.
Das Flüchtlings-Sommercamp wird Ausstellungen und Filme über Flüchtlingsprotest beinhalten sowie Diskussionen mit den Teilnehmern der Protestzelt –Streiks und anderen iranischen Flüchtlingen aus Würzburg und anderswo, wo die Streiks sich ausgebreitet hatten.
Flüchtlings-Protestaktionen werden diskutiert.

Political working camp and meeting on further development of refugees and migrants communities
BREAK ISOLATION! Refugee Summer Camp 2012 August 23rd to September 2nd 2012, Erfurt/Thuringia, Germany
Dear Friends, Brothers and Sisters, Combatants,We, THE VOICE Refugee Forum and the CARAVAN for the Rights of Refugees and Migrants, will organise a camp this summer. We would like to invite you to spend ten days with us, looking at the future and discussing how our unity can be strengthened and developed. We want to reinforce the solidarity between each other that we have lived in practical actions, and we want to prepare for struggles in the future. From our years of experience of the German deportation system in all its forms we know this: self-determination and self-empowerment for us, the refugees - those who are directly threatened by the capitalist system - are at the heart of a movement that aims to overcome exploitation and oppression. We know that we cannot get closer to this aim unless we have a sharp, clear focus and a growing base. Ever since the Conference Against Colonial Injustice 2009 took place, we havebeen working continuously to create local refugee committees and communities in refugee camps and in several towns. As we move further on we want to expand and strengthen our solidarity as well as the relationships between existing and newly-forming local groups.
During the refugee camp we want to reflect the work we have done up to now, analyse our political environment, and gain political knowledge. We want to pass on our experiences from successful struggles in the past to new activists, and we want to shed light on our weaknesses. Among all the struggles that go on every day, it is time to analyse where we stand and what our future path together can be.
At the moment it is obvious that - despite struggles and resistence against deportation, residence obligation and police brutality - the German state massively exacerbates its attacks on refugees and migrants, especially influenced by the global economic system crisis. Racism is strongly used as an instrument to divide and rule, so those who causefamine, poverty, the separation of families, and isolation can continue to hoard riches.
We witness our countries, our spaces of life, and our societies being destroyed by the Western world as if in a new World War. This happens in spite of all social and political uprisings and mass rebellions. Despite all of the power that unfolded during the protests, we have to witness decisions about the power in our countries being made by groups ofpoliticians outside our continents. This is not a new experience, but its blatant openness is a new slap in the face, and another form of humiliation - and it shows our own weakness. The purposeful export of war material, economic sanctions, and political and military interventions are used to prevent any transformation of the exploitative situation and to smother any attempt to reach real independence. The military alliance NATOhas put the world into a permanent state of war and is still threatening our families in the countries we were forced to leave.
Not only does the protest against those who cause misery on our continents grow steadily; young people in Central Europe also become aware of the lies in the ruler's deceptive propaganda. Those young people fight against deportation, exploitation and militarisation. In spite of these facts and in spite of all of our fights, Europe's outside borders are shut off in a military fashion that grows worse every day, and the camp system within the EU develops further and further. The countries at the edges of Europe are made to intercept and fight off the refugees on behalf of the central countries. The camps and the military anti-refugee measures are increasingly moved to other countries outside Central Europe. More and more states turn into lackeys in the battle against enforced migration, doing dirty work on the African and Asian continents for the European states. This has devastating consequences that clearly show the colonial and genocidal ideology of the ruling elites. Humanity is able to produce enough food for the whole population of the earth, but every five seconds a child younger than ten dies of hunger. 37,000 people starve to death every day, and a billion people are permanently extremely undernourished. Every 60 seconds a person dies through firearms, and every year 500,000 people die from gunshot wounds. At the same time, German companies are the third-largest arms exporter worldwide.
Capitalism has long lost its golden mask. The destruction of the earth continues, not only killing people, but also destroying the basis of life for future generations. That is why our protest as a part of the struggle against this constant destruction is increasingly important and vitally necessary.
More and more people are involved in our justified resistance, but it seems to be waning in comparison to the amount of destruction and number of attacks we have to witness. Political clarity and the analysis and elaboration of the structures of authority and power need time, collective study, and insight. However, we ourselves are children of colonialism and capitalism. Splintering and competition within our own resistance movements weaken the entire action against the capitalist diktat.We are influenced by the effects of "colonial heritage" & the colonial mentality. We are connected through the chain which colonialism created between the countries that were oppressors and those that were oppressed.
It is not only our movement that is weakened by infiltration and manipulation through people who pretend to be allies, but covertly follow an agenda of their own, which sometimes only includes securing their own life and status. Such influences weaken the core of the movement: the self-determination and self-empowerment of those who are immediately concerned.
That is why we - The VOICE Refugee Forum and the CARAVAN for the Rights of Refugees and Migrants - invite you to come to the ten-day meeting in the German federal country of Thuringia. Get involved in the development of self-determined and self-organised refugee communities and committees. Be part of the solidarity platform for refugees in the CARAVAN network.
Everyone who wants to join the refugees' struggle and to overcome racism and colonial mentality - come to the camp in Thuringia!
The goal of the camp is to strengthen and concentrate the refugees' resistance. That is what all of our discussions and analyses should focus on. We do not aim to present to each other future campaigns and actions or exchange information about one another. We want to strengthen our solidarity through active communication and find out together how our own freedom is connected to the freedom of others. How can I make your struggle mine, and how can we act together?
Among the central points will be the experiences refugee communities have made with the racist policies and practices of the German system of camps and deportation, but also our practices of defence and self-organisation.
Concrete experiences of resistance and solidarity break the circle of fear and powerlessness. This includes gaining technical and organisatory knowledge.
During the camp, we want to take time to reflect upon and analyse the current situation in Germany as well as in our countries of origin, working out which reactions to those conditions are demanded from our resistance movement and strengthening our political awareness in the process. The campaign "War Against Migration & War Against Flight" will be a main point of the camp. All refugees and migrants are invited to prepare their experiences with this issue and present them to each other.
The entire camp will be based on the principle of solidarity, since we have learnt that solidarity among oppressed people is our strongest weapon and our enemy's worst fear. The CARAVAN Festival Against Colonial Injustice in Jena, Thuringia in 2010 (http://karawane-festival.org) was called a bastion of solidarity, and that was how all those who attendedsaw it. The 2012 camp wants to make sure that the principle of solidarity is followed permanently in everyday life. The CARAVAN network still exists in its original form, offering space for active participation and the creation of local groups and initiatives that aim to aid the self-organisation and self-empowerment of refugees and migrants.
The camp's agenda will include plans and specifications for the tribunal against the Federal Republic of Germany, which will take place in Berlin in summer 2013. All refugees will be invited as witnesses and aggrieved parties to document systematic violations of human rights. Our aims include encouraging female refugees, who often are those who suffer most in the German camp system. In the future our documentation shall provide indisputable proof against all attempts to deny the crimes against us that have been, and are still being, committed.
The camp will offer us space for our cultural diversity and the ways in which we express ourselves. We invite all of you to show your talents for music, painting, poetry, dance, sports and games. Children-Care will be provided in the camp. Don't wait for someone to promise you a solution. They will not come. Don't wait until your own problems have grown so big they force you to act - by then it will be too late. Don't think it's not your concern because you are not a refugee anymore or never were a refugee. We are all connected through the chain of colonial injustice.

4. Appeal for Support, Mobilize and Donation
As you all know, The VOICE Refugee Forum with the nationwide network of the Caravan-for the rights of refugees and migrants is organising a BREAK ISOLATION! Refugee Summer Camp, in Erfurt, Thueringen from 23rd August to 2nd September 2012, in Solidarity against Colonial Injustice.
A political working camp, meetings and workshops will be taking place with different communities of migrants and refugees. We are calling on all self-organised and pro-refugee self organised activists, supporters, friends and antiracist campaigners to join us in the mobilization of refugees and migrants from the different regions and Lagers to this summer camp to continue and support our daily struggles against injustice and abuse of our rights, discrimination, societal and institutional racism.
We want to strengthen our solidarity and unity against colonial injustice. In Solidarity with the growing international movement against exploitation and oppression by the monster with its project FRONTEX. The FRONTEX is part of the paramilitary instruments to accelerate the pro colonial occupation and control of the refugee home countries and their borders from Europe, vigorously spear-headed by Germany that flaunts refugee isolation and exclusion camps, "gutschein", "residenzpflicht", police brutality and deportation as models for other European countries to adopt.
The summer camp will highlight refugee resistance in the face of intimidation in Germany and critically analyse the European war against migration as continuity of colonial heritage of exploitation, vandalism and brutality in our home countries.
Protest the racism of the German state institutions!
The campaigns against deportation collaboration will be part of manifestation and input in the Summer Camp. This will connect the various forms of the execution of deportations by the German State and the collaborative institutions, both on the federal and local authorities, with the non governmental institutions and corporate agencies, includingthe collaboration of the refugee embassies and their home countries.
The Power of protest and resistance, It is happening!
In October 2011, It was like part of our engagement to call for the Break Isolation Camp that would take place in August 2012 in Thueringen and it was going to be the first and only refugee camp in Germany this year but when the Iranian refugees from Wurzburg started their tent protest in March this year and the same striking refugees are spreading the protest to other cities and towns in Germany till now, "we gotta realize that more camps are on the move to the refugee summer camp in Erfurt", emphasized Osaren Igbinoba.
The Refugee Summer Camp will host exhibitions and films of refugee protests and discussions with the participants of the Protest Tent strikes and other Iranian refugees from Wurzburg and elsewhere, where the strikes have spread.

Solidarität gegen das koloniale Unrecht und die Angriffe auf unsere Leben
Freundinnen und Freunde, Schwestern und Brüder, Mitstreiterinnen undMitstreiter,wir vom THE VOICE Refugee Forum und der KARAWANE für die Rechte der Flüchtlinge und MigrantInnen organisieren in diesem Sommer ein Sommercamp.
Wir laden euch ein, mit uns gemeinsam zehn Tage lang nach vorn zu schauen und zu diskutieren, wie unsere Selbstorganisierung weiter gestärkt und entfaltet werden kann. Wir wollen die bisher in praktischen Kämpfen gelebte Solidarität untereinander verfestigen und uns rüsten für zukünftige Kämpfe. Wir wissen aus unserer langjährigen Erfahrung der organisierten Kämpfe gegen das deutsche Abschiebesystem und all seinen Formen, dass Selbstbestimmung und Selbstermächtigung von uns Flüchtlingen - den unmittelbar vom kapitalistischen System bedrohten Menschen - Kern einer Bewegung zur Überwindung von Ausbeutung und Unterdrückung sind. Wir wissen, dass wir nur mit einem scharfen und klaren Fokus und einer wachsenden Basis diesem Ziel näherkommen können. Seit der Konferenz gegen koloniales Unrecht 2009 arbeiten wir permanent am Aufbau lokaler Flüchtlingskomitees und Gemeinschaften in den Lagern und in unterschiedlichen Städten. Auf unserem weiteren Wege wollen wir die Solidarität zueinander und die Beziehungen zwischen den bereits bestehenden und neu entstehenden lokalen Gruppen ausbauen und stärken.
Auf dem Flüchtlingscamp wollen wir unsere bisherige Arbeit reflektieren, das politische Umfeld analysieren und uns politisch bilden. Wir wollen die Erfahrungen aus vergangenen erfolgreichen Kämpfen an die neuen Aktivistinnen und Aktivisten weitergeben sowie unsere Schwächen beleuchten. Es ist an der Zeit, zwischen all den tagtäglichen Kämpfen zuanalysieren, wo wir stehen und wie der weitere gemeinsame Weg aussehen kann.
Wir sehen aktuell, dass trotz aller Kämpfe und Widerstände gegen Abschiebungen, Residenzpflicht und Polizeibrutalität die Angriffe des deutschen Staates auf Flüchtlinge und MigrantInnen – insbesondere unter der Einwirkung der Systemkrise – massiv verstärkt werden. Rassismus als Spaltungs- und Herrschaftsinstrument wird intensiv genutzt, damit dieVerursacher von Hunger und Not, von Familientrennung und Isolation weiterhin den Reichtum an sich reißen können.
Heute sind wir Zeugen, wie trotz aller sozialen und politischen Aufstände und Massenrebellionen die Zerstörung unserer Länder, unserer Lebensräume und unserer Gesellschaften durch die westlichen Länder im Stil eines neuen Weltkriegs vorangetrieben werden. Wir müssen zusehen, dass trotz der entfalteten Kraft der Proteste die Entscheidungen über die Macht in unseren Ländern weiterhin in Runden außerhalb unserer Kontinente getroffen werden. Dies ist keine neue Erfahrung, doch die Offenheit, mit der siezutage tritt, ist eine weitere Ohrfeige und Erniedrigung - und offenbart unsere eigene Schwäche. Durch den zielgerichteten Export von Kriegsmaterial, wirtschaftliche Sanktionen und politisch-militärische Interventionen sollen jede Transformation der Ausbeutungsverhältnisse verhindert und jedes Bestreben nach tatsächlicher Unabhängigkeit erstickt werden. Das Militärbündnis NATO hat die Welt in einen permanenten Kriegszustand versetzt und bedroht weiterhin unsere Familien in den Ländern, die wir verlassen mussten.
Der Protest gegen die Verursacher des Elends auf unseren Kontinenten nimmt stetig zu. Aber auch die jungen Menschen hier in Mitteleuropa fangen an, die Lügen ihrer Verschleierungspropaganda zu erkennen und setzen sich gegen Abschiebungen, Ausbeutung und Militarisierung ein. Trotz alldem und trotz unserer aller Kämpfe werden die europäischen Außengrenzen jeden Tag stärker militärisch abgeschottet und das Lagersystem innerhalb der EU ständig weiterentwickelt. Die Randstaaten Europas müssen für die Kernstaaten die Flüchtlinge abfangen und abwehren. Die Lager und die militärische Abschottung werden immer weiter ausgelagert. Immer mehr Länder werden zu Vasallen der Bekämpfung der erzwungenen Migration und erledigen für die europäischen Staaten die dreckige Arbeit auf dem afrikanischen und asiatischen Kontinent. Die Folgen sind verheerend und Zeugnis der kolonialen und genozidalen Ideologie der herrschenden Eliten.
Obwohl wir als Menschheit in der Lage sind, Nahrung für die gesamte Erdbevölkerung zu produzieren, verhungert alle fünf Sekunden ein Kind unter zehn Jahren. 37 000 Menschen verhungern jeden Tag. Eine Milliarde sind permanent schwerstens unterernährt. Alle 60 Sekunden stirbt ein Mensch durch Schusswaffen. 500 000 Menschen sterben jedes Jahr durchSchussverletzungen. Deutsche Konzerne belegen hingegen den dritten Rang der weltweiten Rüstungsexporte. Der Kapitalismus hat längst seine goldene Maske verloren. Die Zerstörung der Erde schreitet voran und tötet nicht nur die Menschen, sondern zerstört auch die Lebensgrundlage zukünftiger Generationen. Daher wird unser Protest als ein Teil des Kampfes gegen diese permanente Zerstörung immer bedeutender und ist zwingend notwendig.
Unser gerechter Widerstand erreicht immer mehr Menschen. Verglichen mit dem Ausmaß der Zerstörung und der Häufigkeit der Angriffe erscheint er aber geschwächt. Die politische Klarheit und die Analyse und Ausarbeitung der Herrschafts- und Machtstrukturen erfordert Zeit, kollektive Untersuchung und Erkenntnis. Wir sind selbst aber Kinder des Kolonialismusund des Kapitalismus. Zersplitterung und Konkurrenzverhalten innerhalb unserer eigenen Widerstandsbewegungen schwächen die gesamte Bewegung gegen das kapitalistische Diktat.
Wir sind geprägt von den Auswirkungen des „kolonialen Erbes“ - der kolonialen Mentalität. Wir hängen zusammen und sind miteinander verbunden durch die Kette, die im Kolonialismus zwischen den unterdrückenden und den unterdrückten Gesellschaften entstanden ist. Nicht nur unsere Bewegung wird geschwächt durch Infiltration und Manipulation durch vermeintlicheVerbündete, deren verstecktes Ziel die Durchsetzung einer eigenen Agenda ist, die teilweise nur die Sicherung des eigenen Lebens und des eigenen Status umfasst. Diese Einflüsse aber schwächen den Kern der Bewegung, der in der Selbstbestimmung und Selbstermächtigung der unmittelbar Betroffenen besteht.
Deshalb rufen wir - The VOICE Refugee Forum und die KARAWANE für die Rechte der Flüchtlinge und MigrantInnen - Euch dazu auf, zu dem zehntägigen Treffen nach Thüringen zu kommen. Bringt euch in den Entwicklungsprozess für den Aufbau selbstbestimmter undselbstorganisierter Flüchtlingsgemeinschaften und -komitees ein. Seid Teil der Solidaritätsplattform der Flüchtlinge im Rahmen des Netzwerks der KARAWANE. All diejenigen, deren Ziel es ist, sich mit dem Kampf der Flüchtlinge zu verbinden und eine wirksame Überwindung von Rassismus und kolonialer Mentalität anzustreben, rufen wir auf, zum Camp nach Thüringen zu kommen.
Das Camp soll der Stärkung und der Konzentration des Flüchtlingswiderstands dienen. Wir wollen alle Diskussionen und Analysen an diesem Ziel ausrichten. Uns geht es nicht darum, uns gegenseitig unterschiedliche Kampagnen und Aktionen der Zukunft zu präsentieren oderuns übereinander zu informieren. Wir wollen die Solidarität untereinander durch aktiven Austausch stärken und gemeinsam herausfinden, inwieweit unsere eigene Freiheit mit der anderer zusammenhängt. Wie mache ich deinen Kampf zu meinem und wie bringen wir uns gemeinsam ein?
Ein zentraler Punkt wird der Erfahrungsaustausch der Flüchtlingsgemeinschaften über die rassistische Politik und Praxis im deutschen Lager- und Abschiebesystem sowie unsere Praktiken der Gegenwehr und der Selbstorganisierung sein. Die konkreten Erfahrungen desWiderstands und der Solidarität durchbrechen den Kreis der Angst und der Ohnmacht. Hierzu gehört auch die Vermittlung von technischem und organisatorischem Wissen.
Wir wollen uns auf dem Camp Zeit nehmen, um in Reflexionen und Analysen über die gegenwärtige Situation – sowohl hier wie auch in unseren Herkunftsländern – die daraus resultierenden Anforderungen und Bedingungen für unseren Widerstand herauszuarbeiten und dabei unser politisches Bewusstsein zu stärken. Die Kampagne „Krieg gegen Migration – Krieg gegen Flucht“ wird ein Hauptschwerpunkt des Camps sein. Alle Flüchtlinge undMigrantInnen sind dazu eingeladen, ihre Erfahrungen zu diesem Thema vorzubereiten und einander mitzuteilen.
Das ganze Camp wird auf dem Prinzip der Solidarität aufbauen, denn wir haben gelernt, dass die Solidarität der Unterdrückten untereinander unsere schärfste Waffe und unseres Gegners größte Angst ist. Das KARAWANE Festival gegenkoloniales Unrecht in Jena 2010 wurde als Bastion der Solidaritätbezeichnet und von allen, die sich dort einfanden, auch so empfunden. Das Camp 2012 will das Prinzip der Solidarität auf die Ebene der alltäglichen und kontinuierlichen Praxis heben. Nach wie vor existiert das Netzwerk der KARAWANE in ursprünglicher Form und bietet Raum für aktive Teilnahme und den Aufbau lokaler Gruppen und Initiativen, die den Prozess der Selbstorganisierung und Selbstermächtigung von Flüchtlingen und MigrantInnen vorantreiben wollen.
Das Camp wird die Planungen und Konkretisierungen für das Tribunal gegen die Bundesrepublik Deutschland im Sommer 2013 in Berlin auf die Tagesordnung setzen und alle Flüchtlinge als Zeugen und Betroffene für die systematischen Menschenrechtsverletzungen einladen. Dazu gehört auch die Ermutigung von Flüchtlingsfrauen, deren Situation im deutschen Lagersystem oft am schwersten ist. Unsere gemeinsame Dokumentation wird in Zukunft ein unumstößlicher Beweis gegen alle Versuche der Leugnung der Verbrechen sein, die gegen uns verübt wurden und werden.
Das Camp wird der Raum unserer kulturellen Vielfältigkeit und Ausdrucksmöglichkeit sein. Wir laden euch alle dazu ein, eure Talente in Musik, Malerei, Lyrik, Tanz, Sport und Spiel mit in das Camp zu tragen.
Eine Kinderbetreuung vor Ort wird organisiert.
Wartet nicht auf irgendwen, der Euch eine Lösung verspricht. Er oder Sie wird nicht kommen. Wartet nicht, bis das eigene Problem so groß ist, dass es euer Handeln erzwingt - es wird dann zu spät sein. Glaubt nicht, ihr seid nicht betroffen, wenn ihr kein Flüchtling (mehr) seid. Wir alle sind verbunden mit der Kette des kolonialen Unrechts.

2.Aufruf für Unterstützung und Spenden
Wie Ihr wisst, wird The VOICE Refugee Forum gemeinsam mit der Karawane fürdie Rechte der Flüchtlinge und Migranten ein Sommercamp gegen Ausgrenzung veranstalten, das BREAK ISOLATION! * Refugee Summer Camp in Erfurt, Thüringen vom 23. August bis zum 2. September 2012, in Solidarität gegen koloniales Unrecht.
Dies ist ein politisches Arbeits-Camp, Treffen und Workshops werden stattfinden, in denen unterschiedliche Gemeinden von Migranten und Flüchtlingen zusammenkommen.
Wir rufen auf:
alle Selbstorganisationen und Organisationen für Flüchtlinge, alle Unterstützer und Freunde, Leute, die sich in antirassistischen Kampagnen engagieren Sich mit uns zusammen zu tun und Flüchtlinge und Migranten aus verschiedenen Regionen und Lagern zu für dieses Sommercamp zu mobilisieren unseren täglichen Kampf gegen Unrecht und Missachtung unserer Rechte, gegen Diskriminierung, gegen sozialen und institutionellen Rassismus fortzuführen und zu unterstützen.
Wir wollen unsere Solidarität und unseren Zusammenhalt gegen koloniales Unrecht verstärken – in Solidarität mit einer wachsenden internationalen Bewegung gegen Ausbeutung und Unterdrückung und gegen ein solches Monster wie FRONTEX. FRONTEX ist Bestandteil von paramilitärischen Instrumenten, um eine neo-koloniale Okkupation zu beschleunigen. Es geht um die Kontrolle der Heimatländer von Flüchtlingen und deren Grenzen durch Europa. Dabei bildet Deutschland die energisch vorangehende Speerspitze und brüstet sich der Ausgrenzung von Flüchtlingen und Isolationslagern, mit Diskriminierungsmethoden wie Gutscheinen, Residenzpflicht, Polizeibrutalität und Deportation als wegweisend und vorbildlich für andere europäische Länder, die gedrängt werden, dies ebenfalls so zu machen.
Das Sommercamp wird den Widerstand der Flüchtlinge im Angesicht von Einschüchterungen öffentlich sichtbar machen. Es wird den europäischen Krieg gegen Migration kritisch analysieren als die Fortsetzung kolonialen Erbes, einer Unkultur von Ausbeutung, Vandalismus und Brutalität in unseren Heimatländern.
Protestiert gegen den Rassismus von staatlichen Institutionen in Deutschland!
Die Kampagnen gegen Deportations-Kollaboration werden Teil der Manifestation und ein Beitrag für das Sommercamp sein. Wir werden die verschiedenen Formen der Abschiebungspraxis des deutschen Staates in Verbindung mit kollaborativen Institutionen, sowohl auf Bundesebene wie auch lokaler Behörden in Zusammenarbeit mit Nichtregierungsorganisation und Agenturen beleuchten. Darunter fällt auch die Kollaboration der Botschaften der Flüchtlinge und deren Heimatländer.
Die Macht von Protest und Widerstand - sie zeigt sich!
Als wir im Oktober 2011 unser Engagement für das Sommercamp im August 2012 in Thüringen starteten, da dachten wir, dass es das erste und einzigste Flüchtlingscamp in Deutschland dieses Jahr sein würde. Aber als die iranischen Flüchtlinge in Würzburg im März diesen Jahres ihr Protest-Zelt starteten und der Hungerstreik der Flüchtlinge übergriff auf andere Städte und Ortschaften und bis heute weitergeht, da hatten wir zu begreifen, dassviele Camps unterwegs waren zum Flüchtlings-Sommercamp in Erfurt“ hob Osaren Igbinoba hervor.
Das Flüchtlings-Sommercamp wird Ausstellungen und Filme über Flüchtlingsprotest beinhalten sowie Diskussionen mit den Teilnehmern der Protestzelt –Streiks und anderen iranischen Flüchtlingen aus Würzburg und anderswo, wo die Streiks sich ausgebreitet hatten.
Flüchtlings-Protestaktionen werden diskutiert.

BREAK ISOLATION! Refugee Summer Camp 2012 August 23rd to September 2nd 2012, Erfurt/Thuringia, Germany
Dear Friends, Brothers and Sisters, Combatants,We, THE VOICE Refugee Forum and the CARAVAN for the Rights of Refugees and Migrants, will organise a camp this summer. We would like to invite you to spend ten days with us, looking at the future and discussing how our unity can be strengthened and developed. We want to reinforce the solidarity between each other that we have lived in practical actions, and we want to prepare for struggles in the future. From our years of experience of the German deportation system in all its forms we know this: self-determination and self-empowerment for us, the refugees - those who are directly threatened by the capitalist system - are at the heart of a movement that aims to overcome exploitation and oppression. We know that we cannot get closer to this aim unless we have a sharp, clear focus and a growing base. Ever since the Conference Against Colonial Injustice 2009 took place, we havebeen working continuously to create local refugee committees and communities in refugee camps and in several towns. As we move further on we want to expand and strengthen our solidarity as well as the relationships between existing and newly-forming local groups.
During the refugee camp we want to reflect the work we have done up to now, analyse our political environment, and gain political knowledge. We want to pass on our experiences from successful struggles in the past to new activists, and we want to shed light on our weaknesses. Among all the struggles that go on every day, it is time to analyse where we stand and what our future path together can be.
At the moment it is obvious that - despite struggles and resistence against deportation, residence obligation and police brutality - the German state massively exacerbates its attacks on refugees and migrants, especially influenced by the global economic system crisis. Racism is strongly used as an instrument to divide and rule, so those who causefamine, poverty, the separation of families, and isolation can continue to hoard riches.
We witness our countries, our spaces of life, and our societies being destroyed by the Western world as if in a new World War. This happens in spite of all social and political uprisings and mass rebellions. Despite all of the power that unfolded during the protests, we have to witness decisions about the power in our countries being made by groups ofpoliticians outside our continents. This is not a new experience, but its blatant openness is a new slap in the face, and another form of humiliation - and it shows our own weakness. The purposeful export of war material, economic sanctions, and political and military interventions are used to prevent any transformation of the exploitative situation and to smother any attempt to reach real independence. The military alliance NATOhas put the world into a permanent state of war and is still threatening our families in the countries we were forced to leave.
Not only does the protest against those who cause misery on our continents grow steadily; young people in Central Europe also become aware of the lies in the ruler's deceptive propaganda. Those young people fight against deportation, exploitation and militarisation. In spite of these facts and in spite of all of our fights, Europe's outside borders are shut off in a military fashion that grows worse every day, and the camp system within the EU develops further and further. The countries at the edges of Europe are made to intercept and fight off the refugees on behalf of the central countries. The camps and the military anti-refugee measures are increasingly moved to other countries outside Central Europe. More and more states turn into lackeys in the battle against enforced migration, doing dirty work on the African and Asian continents for the European states. This has devastating consequences that clearly show the colonial and genocidal ideology of the ruling elites. Humanity is able to produce enough food for the whole population of the earth, but every five seconds a child younger than ten dies of hunger. 37,000 people starve to death every day, and a billion people are permanently extremely undernourished. Every 60 seconds a person dies through firearms, and every year 500,000 people die from gunshot wounds. At the same time, German companies are the third-largest arms exporter worldwide.
Capitalism has long lost its golden mask. The destruction of the earth continues, not only killing people, but also destroying the basis of life for future generations. That is why our protest as a part of the struggle against this constant destruction is increasingly important and vitally necessary.
More and more people are involved in our justified resistance, but it seems to be waning in comparison to the amount of destruction and number of attacks we have to witness. Political clarity and the analysis and elaboration of the structures of authority and power need time, collective study, and insight. However, we ourselves are children of colonialism and capitalism. Splintering and competition within our own resistance movements weaken the entire action against the capitalist diktat.We are influenced by the effects of "colonial heritage" & the colonial mentality. We are connected through the chain which colonialism created between the countries that were oppressors and those that were oppressed.
It is not only our movement that is weakened by infiltration and manipulation through people who pretend to be allies, but covertly follow an agenda of their own, which sometimes only includes securing their own life and status. Such influences weaken the core of the movement: the self-determination and self-empowerment of those who are immediately concerned.
That is why we - The VOICE Refugee Forum and the CARAVAN for the Rights of Refugees and Migrants - invite you to come to the ten-day meeting in the German federal country of Thuringia. The goal of the camp is to strengthen and concentrate the refugees' resistance. That is what all of our discussions and analyses should focus on. We do not aim to present to each other future campaigns and actions or exchange information about one another. We want to strengthen our solidarity through active communication and find out together how our own freedom is connected to the freedom of others. How can I make your struggle mine, and how can we act together?
Among the central points will be the experiences refugee communities have made with the racist policies and practices of the German system of camps and deportation, but also our practices of defence and self-organisation.
Concrete experiences of resistance and solidarity break the circle of fear and powerlessness. This includes gaining technical and organisatory knowledge.
During the camp, we want to take time to reflect upon and analyse the current situation in Germany as well as in our countries of origin, working out which reactions to those conditions are demanded from our resistance movement and strengthening our political awareness in the process. The campaign "War Against Migration & War Against Flight" will be a main point of the camp. All refugees and migrants are invited to prepare their experiences with this issue and present them to each other.
The entire camp will be based on the principle of solidarity, since we have learnt that solidarity among oppressed people is our strongest weapon and our enemy's worst fear. The CARAVAN Festival Against Colonial Injustice in Jena, Thuringia in 2010 (http://karawane-festival.org) was called a bastion of solidarity, and that was how all those who attendedsaw it. The 2012 camp wants to make sure that the principle of solidarity is followed permanently in everyday life. The CARAVAN network still exists in its original form, offering space for active participation and the creation of local groups and initiatives that aim to aid the self-organisation and self-empowerment of refugees and migrants.
The camp's agenda will include plans and specifications for the tribunal against the Federal Republic of Germany, which will take place in Berlin in summer 2013. All refugees will be invited as witnesses and aggrieved parties to document systematic violations of human rights. Our aims include encouraging female refugees, who often are those who suffer most in the German camp system. In the future our documentation shall provide indisputable proof against all attempts to deny the crimes against us that have been, and are still being, committed.
The camp will offer us space for our cultural diversity and the ways in which we express ourselves. We invite all of you to show your talents for music, painting, poetry, dance, sports and games. Children-Care will be provided in the camp. Don't wait for someone to promise you a solution. They will not come. Don't wait until your own problems have grown so big they force you to act - by then it will be too late. Don't think it's not your concern because you are not a refugee anymore or never were a refugee. We are all connected through the chain of colonial injustice.

4. Appeal for Support, Mobilize and Donation
As you all know, The VOICE Refugee Forum with the nationwide network of the Caravan-for the rights of refugees and migrants is organising a BREAK ISOLATION! Refugee Summer Camp, in Erfurt, Thueringen from 23rd August to 2nd September 2012, in Solidarity against Colonial Injustice.
A political working camp, meetings and workshops will be taking place with different communities of migrants and refugees. We are calling on all self-organised and pro-refugee self organised activists, supporters, friends and antiracist campaigners to join us in the mobilization of refugees and migrants from the different regions and Lagers to this summer camp to continue and support our daily struggles against injustice and abuse of our rights, discrimination, societal and institutional racism.
We want to strengthen our solidarity and unity against colonial injustice. In Solidarity with the growing international movement against exploitation and oppression by the monster with its project FRONTEX. The FRONTEX is part of the paramilitary instruments to accelerate the pro colonial occupation and control of the refugee home countries and their borders from Europe, vigorously spear-headed by Germany that flaunts refugee isolation and exclusion camps, "gutschein", "residenzpflicht", police brutality and deportation as models for other European countries to adopt.
The summer camp will highlight refugee resistance in the face of intimidation in Germany and critically analyse the European war against migration as continuity of colonial heritage of exploitation, vandalism and brutality in our home countries.
Protest the racism of the German state institutions!
The campaigns against deportation collaboration will be part of manifestation and input in the Summer Camp. This will connect the various forms of the execution of deportations by the German State and the collaborative institutions, both on the federal and local authorities, with the non governmental institutions and corporate agencies, includingthe collaboration of the refugee embassies and their home countries.
The Power of protest and resistance, It is happening!
In October 2011, It was like part of our engagement to call for the Break Isolation Camp that would take place in August 2012 in Thueringen and it was going to be the first and only refugee camp in Germany this year but when the Iranian refugees from Wurzburg started their tent protest in March this year and the same striking refugees are spreading the protest to other cities and towns in Germany till now, "we gotta realize that more camps are on the move to the refugee summer camp in Erfurt", emphasized Osaren Igbinoba.
The Refugee Summer Camp will host exhibitions and films of refugee protests and discussions with the participants of the Protest Tent strikes and other Iranian refugees from Wurzburg and elsewhere, where the strikes have spread.
Refugee protest actions will be discussed.
