° "Movement for the Human Rights - Solidarity with immigrants" team condemns that on 14th January were transfered from Samos' island to Athens 24 persons for illegal expel from the country. Among them there are 6 iranian immigrants who were under repression in their country because of political reasons and 10 persons from Afghanistan who will expelled back to war environment. The immigrants are kept arrested without knowing their rights, besides the iranians had already asked for political asylum while they were on Samos island. The greek authorities refused the political asylum and illegaly enforced their expel back to Iran, which is also a court's decision after a parody trial without any translator. The team condemns the justice authorities, the government and the international organizations which act in Greece for not reacting on one more case that the human rights get under the boot of established laws.

Nikos Temponeras has been assasined by a youth member of Nea Dimokratia (right wing parliament party) in 1991, while participating on the side of his pupils in the squatted school where he used to teach. In the movements of 1990-1991 were participating thousands of students and pupils against the reform of the educational system. After his assasination clashes start all around Greece and the next day 100.000 people get out in the streets of Athens. The assasin was found innocent by the court.

° Anarchists and antiauthoritans travel to the small town of Amfissa, where the trial for Alexandros Grigoropoulos case will take place on 20th of January. 15 comrades traveled from Lamia and Athens to brake the terror spreading of the government to the small local society and destroy the myth of the "dangerous & violent anarchists who will come and smash your shops". 1000 leaflets were spreaded in cafes, from house to house and to people in the streets. The locals accepted the comrades on a point that they could not imagine, as long as there is non anarchist or other leftwing political activist team in Amfissa and the news travel to the small town mostly by mass media. When the news about "the anarchists in the town" were spreaded around, people started walking to the central squarre to meet them, discuss about politics and invite the dangerous anarchists in their area to drink raki together. Another straight proof that the society keeps feelings of resistance but there are not many ways to be expressed.
° Police officers of D and Z team beated up an immigrant in Dafne district of Athens while a typical paper check. Five pig officers started running against the immigrant on Ethnarchou Makariou street. One of the pigs grasped the person from his neck and the others started beating him up on his face.
° Three persons will have a trial on 20th January blamed for "resistance" and "queen's peace disturb", about the events that took place in front of the U.S. military base of Souda on Kreta island on 6th April 2006. On the same day, the panhellenic antiwar movement was organizing demonstrations all around Greece against the war in Iraq with the participation of thousands of people.

° Israel expels again a greek citizen. For one more time, Israel acts against the international laws and especially against a citizen of Greece and European Union. Norma Rizmaui, greek citizen with full rights, was arrested in isolation for 17 hours in the airport of Tel Aviv before the israelian authorities denied her entrance in the country and expeled her back to Greece with the next flight. This action is a straight violation of the international legislation and Norma is a member of SYRIZA parliament party. Israel has this tactic to expel greek citizens with palestinian roots, a tactic that gets enforced by the greek governments.
° The egyptian fishermen keep on their strike after the decision of the court to characterize it as illegal. From now on, they decide on their own for their actions after assemblies of their new and indypendent base's syndicate. The events will come to a critical chronical point if new workers will come from Egypt or somewhere else to replace them. Open councils and information meetings about the situation get organized in the Polytechnical University of Thessaloniki by students.
° The weekly assembly of Exarcheia area residents and organizations will take place tomorrow on the square of the area under the title "The State sells the Heroin - The Cops went away, Heroin came". After the occupation of the area by special cop forces, the authorities decided to brake the resistance of the local society by transfering the heroin dealing and the heroin addicted in Exarcheia.
