° "Conspiracy of Cells of the Fire" took the resbonsibility for the symbolic bomb attack in front of the parliament. On their announcment they condemn the state repression and the mafia stracture of democracy by the governors.

° In Kavala town a discussion conflict took place in a bus between a citizen and the ticket checker because the ticket was not in good condition. The checker called the police officers and some young passengers were driven to the local police station, where the head police officer asked for their finger-prints, after recognizing their political ID as long as the folders of citizens' political thoughts, a military junta method, still exist.

° New citizens' statements for tortures in the police station of Zografou district in Athens. The shouts of people who get tortured inside come to the ears of people who happen to walk in front of the station.

° The open assembly of the squatted and self managed park of Kyprou & Patision street start act against the state's methods to enforce heroin dealing in the place. Before some months, the police officers used to keep and enforce the heroin dealing some kilometers south of the Exarcheia area and move the heroin-addicted people's spot in areas where they wanted to put down the buildings' value. The state method of enforcing heroin dealing in Exarcheia was also used during the 80's to brake down the resistance and the history of the area.

° Attack against the political office of Apostolos Katsifaras, step-minister of Justice by a team of 5-6 people who entered the building and other 10 who were waiting in front of the entrence. One person from the office lightly injured.

° "Spartacus, Link of Free Soldiers" condemns that between 7-10 January U.S. forces were training para-State teams at Chalkidiki area for extreme situations in cities' environment. In the training participated ex greek army comandos and members of army special forces. In the past was proved that such persons have connections with the police and fascistic teams.
