°Fascists of LA.O.S. (nazi parliament partei) gathered yesterday night in the America's square, Athens with the will to organize a second pseudo-council like the one in Agios Panteleimonas square, so they can start attacks against immigrants and continue their murdering work. The antiracists who gathered from Kypseli and Patisia district were much more than the nazis and blocked this action. The nazi politician who enforced this action, Th. Plevris had to leave the area and the few nazis who stood there called the police officers and left the area straight after their leader.

°Attacks against banks in Kavala town yesterday night. The glasses of Alpha Bank, FBB, National Bank of Greece and Post Offices' Bank were smashed and then there were molotov coctails thrown inside. Police Forces took 18 persons in the station, but there was no evidence against them.

°Short after 13:30, 20 workers entered the studio of ET3 tv-channel in Thessaloniki. The workers stopped the live-news and announced their position about the today's strike, which the official workers' union refused to participate in. Short after this, two teams of special police forces arrived in front of the building.

°Builders who were participating the today's strike beaten up by mouthpiece builders of the bosses who were against the strike. The majority of the builders' syndicates have called for strike.

°Irakleio, Kreta Workers' Demo: Around 550 people participated and also blocked the Medical Center of Kreta to condemn for the 9 workers who were fired from this hospital. (the calls were mostly by parliament left wing parteis)

°Yesterday demonstration with motorcycles and cars by 60 persons to the central police offices of Irakleio in solidarity with RIDVAN CELIK (RIDO). The expell of Rido will not happen as it seems, but we wait for the decision on the apply for political asylum.

Regierungsnahe Gewerkschaften gegen Streik

aufgerufen hatte PAME, das Gewerkschaftsbündnis der KKE und das Parteienbündnis Syriza. Das es nun offensichtlich wenige waren, die sich beteiligten, liegt nicht wie der Artikel ein wenig nahelegt daran, dass Autonome oder Anarchisten nicht aufgerufen hatten, sondern daran dass die großen sozialistischen Gewerkschaften den Steik aktiv durch Aufrufe zur Nichtbeteiligung geschwächt hat. Eine Linke an der Regierung, die Kürzungen durchzieht spaltet nun mal.

Da steht nix von Streikbeteiligung, da gehts nur um die Demos. Und 550 in so'ner kleinen Stadt wie Iraklio bei ner Blockade, ist doch nicht schlecht.
Abgesehen davon sind das erste Ansätze, z.t. schon länger vorbereitet und keine ausschliessliche Reaktion auf das EG- und Bankertheater. Schon vergessen: Aktionstage im Dezember und "nicht nur" Gedenken an Alexis!

°Chain attacks against PASOK (Panhellenic Socialthief Partei) offices in Athens between 1:30 & 2:00 during this night. Small fire in the offices of PASOK in Dafni district at Menekratous 73 street. Second try for looting an office in Alimos district on the corner of Theomitoros & Mpizaniou streets. Smashed front glasses of the offices in Neo Psychiko at N. Paritsi 69 street and in Melissia district at Kapodistriou 16 street. A plastic bucket with benzine inside was found in the offices of PASOK in Kaisariani district at Ethnikis Antistaseos 83 street

About the yesterday's strike: The main call was from PAME (Syndicalistic Union of Communistic Partei Greece), but GSEE (General Hellenic Union of Workers) refused to participate in the strike. Also indypendent workers' syndicates of basis participated in the strike. Despite the fact that GSEE refused to participate and lots of people are pissed off about the PAME consentrative tactics the participation in the strike was huge. PAME has not published exact numbers of the participation and lots of people did not join the demos, as long as the methods of PAME are quit uneffective and sometimes they stand on the side of the bosses and not the workers'. Also lots of people start understanding the role of KKE (Communistic Partei), which has become almost a bourgeois Partei (proved by its recent history) that effects people with small knowledge of history. On the other hand, workers who are organized in PAME do not belong only to KKE and their ideology line gets out of the KKE cemented beliefs.
