Among the called witnesses for Alexandros' case trial, according to what his mother states to the prosecutor, there are wives, parents, but also childhood's friends of the blamed as murder of Alexandros, Epaminondas Korkoneas and the second police officer who was next to him. Those witnesses are going to state that the one of the accused as assasins used to be a blood donor and the otherone a boy scout, that both of them used to be cool and stabilish as characters, wholeheartedly tied with their families.

On the other hand, Alexandros' mother condemns that the court has not called important witnesses, such as the professor of Forensic (Gerichtsmedizin) of Creta's University, Mr. Manolis Chatzidimitrakis. Mr. Chatzidimitrakis was appointed as technical adviser by the accused Korkoneas, who claims that shot on the air. When the statement of Mr. Chatzidimitrakis was finished, after checking the body of Alexandros was written that "the shot came by Korkoneas opposite from the victim" and that "the bullet after the shot (lengthwise its route) continued always to its direction, namely straight forward".
This statement denies Korkoneas and Mr. Chatzidimitrakis is kept in distance from the case. Of course he is not called by the court.

In the court we will not see head-teachers of the schools where Alexandros has studied, even if some gossips were spreaded about Alexandros character as a pupil (note: before some days on a tv research Prokopis Pavlopoulos the ex-inland minister said that he has called Alexandros' family on the same day of the asassination and he asked wholeheartedly if they need something from him. A friend of the family stated that Pavlopoulos, also involved in Rheinmetal scandal, when he called his question was: "Was your son a resident of Exarcheia?"). On the same time, Alexandros' mother wants the teachers to state in the court, so there will be no doubts about her son.

According to his mother, the most important thing is that none of the eye-witnesses of the asassination have been called by the court. Two persons who stated at the police and reported important details about the event, such as the body position of the police officer just before the shot. Two eye-witnesses that happened to be in front of the event and reported tragic details have not been called by the court.

Tzina Tsalikian ends her request to the prosecutor, indicating characteristically: "Is it possible Mr. prosecutor, not to be called in the court-audiance witnesses that saw Korkoneas shooting straightly infront with stretched arms, but being called people who state that the police officers were blood donors and boy scouts?"
