Controls next to Flensburg 10. Dezember 2009
At the moment (and probably the whole night) is a Control on the german side of the border between the highway exits „flensburg“ (nr.3) and „flensburg-harrislee“ (nr. 2).
we still advise you to leave the highway at „flensburg“ (nr.3) and use the border in Krusau (b200) – you can cross the border there without controls.
06:00 p.m.
It’s still possible to cross the border at „krusau“ (b200).
we advise to leave the highway at exit number 3 (flensburg) and turn right on the b200 (direction flensburg) don‘t leave this road, and you get directly to krusau.
There are german cops hanging around the parking places at the highway between the big bridge and the border (ca. 60 km from the border).
First of all the service-station „hüttener berge“ is populated with cops.
It’s better to pause before you cross the bridge!
Borderpolice are stopping people travelling from sweden looking like activist and sending them back!
They are also checking peoples policerecord, people travelling in groups and big bags especially on the luggagerack.
On the Highway (A7) there are controls on the danish side. the cops want to know your habitation-adress in denmark, otherwise they can deny the entrance. so it’s expedient to know a (virtual) adress in denmark. above all, danish cops like to make copies of your passport.
At the borderpoint in Harrislee-padborg, there are also controls on danish side.
The Spot in Krusau (B200) is free to crossover at the moment!
until now we didn‘t hear about denials for leaving germany.
Police is checking ppl in copenhagen city 10. Dezember 2009just for info: copenhagen is a visitation-zone and from now on, not only vehicles, but also ordinary people in copenhagen get stopped and searched carefully by the police, including documentary of ppl’s height(by guessing), eye -and hair-colour.
remember, you are not obliged to chat with them!only name, date of birth and adresse, but that’s it!
Massive controls of busses arriving in Copenhagen. Busses are redirected to a street near the main station. Busses, luggage and people are searched. This can take a couple of hours. Advise from the legal team: The police is only allowed to search for weapon (all Copenhagen is a „visitation zone, so police can make controls without concrete reason). They are not allowed to read documents. So if they asked if they can see your computer or you telephone – your answer should be no.
