Direct Action against illegal whaling - 2007

Once again Japanese whaling ships entered the Antarctic Whale Sanctuary set out to violently slaughter hundreds of whales. Altough this is a violation of international law, neither any nation nor the UN is willing to enforce this law. That´s why the Sea Shepherd Conservation Society had to launch Operation Leviathan and is now out there in the Antarctic Ocean with two ships run by volunteer crews to confront the Japanese whaling fleet. This is a dangerous mission. So please keep an eye on our brothers and sisters to make sure that the Japanese whalers cannot harm them without the whole world watching.
