Hans Georg commonly known as "Ebs" is reported to have been taken away by police to a state prison in munich, where he is arbitrarily arrested and detained after a peaceful demonstration protesting a decision that forbids the international anti nato protest action in Munich. This occurred sometime in the evening about 19.30.
The demonstration was at the innen-ministerium(internal ministry). According to the legal team handling the international anti nato confence protest, his latest condition in prison is not known as visitors are forbidden.
He has been taken before a judge in an extrajudicial and non public trial inside prison. He is to be confined until Sunday the 3rd of Febraury when another decision about his confinement is said would be made.
His interviews in news papers relating to the international nato conference in munich have been used aginst him. This has been in relation to the court's past political court sentences against his activism.
This is a symbolic reference of systematic repression carried out on activists. At this time three more activists without offence have been arbitrarily arrested and detained by police.
Refugees are pemenently housed under constant survelliancec in isolated refuge camps in forests and housed in deportation jails in Germany. They are forbidden from walking on streets in Germany and violation of this may lead to heavy fines, imprisonment and deportation.
The victims of militarization are the refugees. The victims of the international repressive policies of the NATO are the same refugees. Refugees need freedom of movement to help themselves: abolish residenzpflicht for refugees in Germany, for an open society in racist europe.
